Laura is a fully qualified Early Years Practitioner. She specialises in working with children up to the age of three years. Laura is Toddlers room leader, deputy manager and second named person for safeguarding at Rainbow Smiles.

Sara is an experienced Early Years Practitioner. She is fully qualified with BTEC National Diploma Level 3 and has extended her knowledge by gaining a GNVQ in management. Sara is the senior Early Years Practitioner and inclusion Co-ordinator at Rainbow Smiles.

"When I'm not working I enjoy touring in my caravan. I love animals. I have 2 dogs 4 cats, 2 bearded dragons and 1 chinchilla."

KittyKitty is a level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner. Kitty is first aid trained and has lots of experience within a nursery setting.

Megan is a fully qualified Early Years Practitioner with a CASH Diploma in Childcare and Education NVQ level 3. Megan joined Rainbow Smiles in 2014. She has worked with all age groups but has a keen interest in working with the under 2's.

Rebecca is a fully qualified Early Years Practitioner with a CASH Diploma in Childcare and education NVQ level 3 and has experience of working with all age groups. Rebecca joined Rainbow Smiles in 2015 to work in the Pre-School room.
